The name might seem odd but that is our objective. A Technicolor dream that will enable you to spend a pleasant stay with friends or family. The light, intense colours, in keeping with all the comforts that are indispensable in a new, contemporary structure, were chosen to satisfy the requirements of each single customer. The Residence consists of 22 apartments, all with a fully equipped kitchen, large lakeview balconies on request, outdoor swimming pool and garage with closed circuit video surveillance. Each apartment has been furnished with taste and a love for details in order to guarantee a perfect stay in the centre of Desenzano. We are located just a short distance from the historic centre with its shops and restaurants, the port, the beach and the castle. The apartments all have bed and bathroom linen, colour TV, a safe, a telephone, air conditioning and Internet access. Our family boasts a longstanding tradition of 50 years in the hospitality business.
