The Residence Cascina La Palazzina is an ancient country house completely restored in winter 2001-2002 by maintaining the original features and using some architectural elements like cotto floors, garrets, wooden beams, stone and brick walls.
Set at about 2,5 km from the old town and 1,5 km from the equipped beach, within a 20,000 sq. m wide natural park, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, it lies on the hill gently degrading to the gulf of Salò; it offers his guests in refined surroundings a charming view on the town of Salò. The residence, open throughout the year, is composed by 8 apartments of various dimensions, has reception, laundry with coin wash machine and dryer, equipped beach with deck chairs, sun shade umbrellas, barbecue, a play area for children and thermal care. Private car park. The furniture has been selected personally by the owner with extreme attention to detail by mixing for every single room the fascination of old furniture and the comfort of new one. All apartments have independent heating, microwaves oven, safe, TV-SAT, hairdryer, telephone with modem socket.
