The Hotel Villa Alberti, XVIII°- century Venetian Villa, is located on the Riviera del Brenta, a few kilometres far from Venice and Padua.
The area is characterised by the historical Naviglio Brenta, once an important commercial waterway between Venice and Padua. From the 15th century onwards, members of the Venetian aristocracy built a whole string of sumptuous villas here.
A unique context where, still nowadays, is appreciable the balance between architecture and landsacape. The Hotel Villa Alberti is not only a charming period residence on the traces of patrician past in a peaceful and quiet place but, above all, it is a splendid example of the great Veneto’s architecural tradition.
The interiors of the hotel still contain many of the villa´s original period furnishings and artworks, all of which testify to the building´s aristocratic origins.
Within the estate´s boundary walls, the century old trees, sweet smelling fruit orchard, solarium, statues, and wells create a wonderfully romantic environment in which guests are free to stroll and relax in the sunshine enjoying the silence of the countryside.
The restaurant offers simple but genuine dishes based on the Venetian and Italian gastronomic tradition.
The villa´s versatile function rooms provide elegant spaces in which to host important business meetings and conferences but also high profile wedding receptions, gala dinners, enogastronomic “tastings” of wines and cheese and theme events.
