The golf club is situated in a position of unparalleled beauty (at an altitude of 500 metres) overlooking the entire Arno Valley. Medieval castles, Romanic churches, Etruscan digs and ancient monasteries such as Camaldoli, La Verna and Vallombrosa blend into the Tuscan scenery that has remained untouched since 1991 when it achieved the status of a nature reserve. The course, set within this extraordinary “green lung of Tuscany” can be followed in its entirety from the Club House and also boasts a 14th century tower positioned at the top of the wide terracing surrounded by oaks and chestnut trees. Its 9 holes offer a number of interesting features and should be played with care. Technique and precision are preferable to power. Work on the 18 hole project are scheduled to begin in the spring of 2009.

Facilities:club house, bar, restaurant, parking, driving range, equipment hire and cart depot. Pro-golf, pro-shop, golf carts, reading room, SAT TV room, card room. Driving range with 7 sheltered stalls and 14 on grass, putting green, pitching green, chipping green, practice bunker. Soft spikes are compulsory.
A driving range, located in Arezzo in via del Casolino – Loc. S. Leo, will be opened in the spring of 2009.

How to get there From the south: exit on the A1 Arezzo, continue straight on the semi-ring road in the direction of the town centre. Follow the signs to Bibbiena S.R. 71 (km 25) and then continue for 6 km on the S.R 70 for Pioppi. Cross the bridge over the Arno and then follow the signposts to the golf club. From the north-west: exit on the A1 Firenze sud and continue straight, following the signs to Pontassieve (exit Pontassieve est). Take the S.R. 70 of the passo della Consuma as far as Pioppi and then follow the signs to the golf club.
