The Carimate Golf Club is set within the sixty hectares of the age-old park housing the Carimate castle, half-way between Milan and Como. The residential complex, consisting of villas and set against the Brianza hills, was built at the same time in full respect of its natural surroundings – a new concept of country living. Designed by Pierluigi Mancinelli, the course is varied and undulating with several wide, luminous stretches. In fact, only a few holes, situated in the lower part of the course, are affected by steep slopes. A restyling project, initiated four year’s ago has resulted in the restructuring of several greens as well as the modification and addition of numerous bunkers in order to make the course more challenging. Its most tricky holes are hole number 6 ( a par 3 with an “out of bounds” on both sides and beyond the green) and hole number 17 situated near a lake that is hidden from view.

Season: open throughout the year; closed on Mondays, with the exception of public holidays.
