Built in 1912 and set within one of Lake Garda´s most beautiful areas, the Golf Club Bogliaco was recently enlarged, to the design of Fulvio Bani, to encompass 18 holes. This course though not long, is, nevertheless, just demanding enough to make it stimulating. Featuring a number of off-limits and several water hazards, the course, which has retained all of its unique former beauty, is frequented by an ever-increasing number of appreciative Italian and foreign players. In particular, the architect wished to maintain the "British-style" of the links with its narrow fairways and well-protected greens which blend in harmoniously with its natural surroundings. The new holes, of which some were recovered from the old course dating back to 1953, are well integrated with the old ones, thus offering players new stimuli and several breath-taking views over the lake and its natural surroundings. In addition to the course, the driving range, putting green, guest´s changing rooms and car park have also been restructured.w of unparalleled beauty. Season: Open throughout the year;
closed on Tuesdays, with the exception of public holidays (open daily from April to October).
