Set within the softly undulating countryside between the Lake Orta and Lake Maggiore, the Circolo Golf Bogogno stretches over 240 hectares of tranquil green scenery and is surrounded by spectacular, uncontaminated woods. The presence of a soft breeze prevents the formation of fog in winter and excessive heat in summer. Bogogno offers a particularly appealing micro-climate and offers innumerable leisure opportunities: walks in the woods, excursions around the lakes, horse riding, sailing and other water sports. Designed by the famous architect Robert Von Hagge, this avant-garde course, a harmonious combination of tradition and innovation, stretches over two 18 hole, par 72 championship courses. In fact, Bogogno is proud to announce that it will be hosting the P.G.A. European Tour 2008 Qualifying School Stage 1 present for the fourth time in Italy. Characterized by a gently undulating terrain, dotted with lakes and streams, thanks to its six tee-offs per hole, it offers a challenge capable of satisfying golfers at all levels.
