The history
The restaurant was born in may 1983. From then on the management has never changed: Luciano works in the kitchen, his wife Manuela leads the room. Over the years lived the Moby Dick many changes, both in the furniture and in the kitchen, in order to be always up-to-date and adequate to the tastes of Italian and foreign guests.
The cooking
The seasonal menu offers flavoured, genuine foods that combine fish and vegetables. It offers a great variety of antipasti, from fish and row shellfish to delicatessen such as angler Sushi roll and paella; and moreover, interesting fusion proposals like scalded squids with Thai rice.
The wine cellar
About 200 labels compose the wine card of the Moby Dick. The most part come from Italy, while some fine foreign wines are going to be inserted.
