The Trattoria “Alle Rose” was opened in 1985 based on a vision nurtured by Rosanna Faè and Gianni Briarava.
This family affair which, over time, has seen Cristina, Marco and Alberto join in, sought, and still seeks, to faithfully follow those traditions which, in their simplicity, observance of primary materials, the development of the area and courtesy, are their cornerstones.
A family-run Trattoria in the centre of Salò with an enchanting summer patio and parkland concessions to lake folklore, run with “special” regard to all the lake produces.
