The palace of the golf club, a mansion built in the seventeenth century, overlooks the crater of a volcano. The residence, originally built for Cardinal Flavio Chigi, is now considered the most charming club house among golf clubs; the crater, thanks to the imagination of Robert Trent Jones, has been transformed into a fascinating golf course, full of technical features.The Castelgandolfo Golf Resort is located close to the Club and is provided with 24 panoramic suites tastefully furnished and with separate access.
